"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the ordering process was just as challenging as my first experience. My coworkers had warned me that the staff here can be difficult to deal with, but I can't help but feel disheartened every time I walk in. I felt shortchanged, as I was charged extra for what I believed would be a well-portioned meal. For the $1 slaw, I received a tiny serving—just four small pieces. I also ordered half a cup of corn, but I didn’t know it would be such a small portion (it looked even smaller than I expected). To make matters worse, someone who ordered after me received a generous full cup of corn on the side, and we had paid the same price. If I decide to return, I think I’ll go for online ordering to avoid dealing with the staff and to hopefully get more transparent pricing. However, I've read other reviews that suggest online ordering isn't completely reliable either."
