"9x out of 10 I have a perfectly pleasant experience. I see a lot of bad reviews they deserve better. They're located in the Rapid Refill gas station. Sometimes there's a line, but it tends to move at a moderate pace. Every once a while they say they will be right with me which they usually are it sure beats just sitting at the drive-thru speaker wondering if anyone is working. My order is always quite simple: (1) Medium Hot French Vanilla Coffee with a Turbo Shot, made regular. There have been a few times where I forget how I want it made they ask if I want any cream or sugar. One time, I got all the way to the pick-up window the girl asked me if I needed cream or sugar. She kindly went back to have it added even though I made the mistake of doing my own order wrong! I am always spoken to very nicely when ordering picking up my order. I like this location will continue to return."
