"This neighborhood bar and restaurant is fantastic. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing, and the drinks are reasonably priced. I have visited many times and have always been completely satisfied with my meal. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone feels like a friend. Parking can be challenging on Friday and Saturday nights, but there is parking available during other times in a nearby lot. The restaurant is very kid and family friendly. Wheelchair accessibility is limited at the front doors, but once inside there are no stairs or ramps. The service is excellent with a rating of 4 out of 5. The menu is reasonably priced, with dinner costing between $10-20 per person. Some recommended dishes include Side Salad, Stuffed Banana Peppers, Yoli's Rolls, Sunday Sauce, The Bethany, Rolls, Fish Sandwich, and Gnocchi. Overall, this place is a great spot for a delicious meal in a friendly atmosphere."

"Stopped in to order some food I got an Italian supreme that was the worst sandwich I ever had in my life on top of the bun falling apart n being soggy. Also asked if they were hiring as it took over 30 minutes for pepperoni twist which literary take 30 seconds to prep. But the counter guy said they weren't hiring i definitely won't be ordering again from here also if you pay with a card they make you pay the stores fee the surcharges for using a credit card. I get it times are hard but that's your responsibility to pay them fees not ur customers"

"I had been a customer for several years and the food and service were worth the money, until now. The drivers were friendly and courteous which was appreciated during Covid-19 height. The food is now awful, I ask for extra lettuce and barely see lettuce, pizza used to be tasty but it’s flat out tasteless. Management has changed hands several times in the past few years, but lately I haven’t been able to get a return call. “Dave” promised me a refund or fresh bacon double-cheeseburger, but when I called for it he was no longer an employee and no one offered to honor my refund. My name is known at Back Street but loyalty doesn’t seem to hold weight there any longer. I am done with them and will never order from them again."

"I had a disappointing experience with my order. I requested a 16-cut, 2-topping square pizza at 5:24 PM, but I didn’t receive it until two hours later—and it was made with the wrong toppings. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the girl who took my order shrugged it off, saying, "Oh, I didn't make the pizza; it's the cook's fault." It was frustrating to hear excuses instead of taking responsibility. This was my first and last time ordering from this place, and I won’t be coming back."

"Great Time and Great Food. My wife and I were looking for a place to meet up with some friends who were in town for the holiday. By chance, we stumbled upon Banana Peppers as a convenient meeting point. The restaurant, which we learned is known for their delivery and catering service, provides a friendly and personal atmosphere for friends to get together and catch up. The team at BP makes you feel like part of the family perfectly suited for its Italian fare. The food is excellent. We shared several entrees and appetizers in order to get a sampling of what BP had to offer. Needless to say, we did not leave unsatisfied. We started with fresh breaded zucchini and mozzarella sticks and of course the signature stuffed hot banana peppers (If you like some heat you'll love them, if not have a side of ranch dressing or a cold beer near by). Next up was pizza. They make pizza the way it is meant to be, fresh dough, gooey cheese and a solid crust. After the pizza, we moved on to the main courses by sharing a piece of the Four Cheese Lasagna, a sampling of the chef recommended Chicken Romano and the zesty beans and greens. The homemade marinara sauce that accompanied the lasagna is a star unto itself. The Romano is highlighted by a light and crispy taste that surrounds a moist chicken breast. But the real take away for me was the Beans and Greens. A simple twist on this old favorite, the chef adds a little extra kick with a twist of lemon. Nice. We finished the meal off by sharing homemade tiramisu…delicious. If you are in the area (or not) give Banana Peppers a try. Call ahead to make sure you have table. The owners told us that they'll be remodeling soon which will only add to the atmosphere of this great place tucked away in the South Hills."

"As soon as my mother and I stepped through the front door of T D's Pub Grub, we were warmly welcomed by Tom, the friendly owner. It was our first time dining at T D's and we were there specifically for the fish sandwich. Tom seated us at our table promptly and we both ordered the fish dinner, which came with cole slaw and a choice of french fries, vegetables, or mac n' cheese. When our meals arrived, we were impressed by the generous portion of fish on top of the sandwich. The taste was phenomenal, making it one of the best fish sandwiches we've ever had. The mac n' cheese and french fries were also delicious and generously portioned. For under $10, we were extremely satisfied with the value. The fish and fries were not greasy at all, showing careful preparation. Tom checked in on us during our meal to ensure everything was to our liking. Our server, introduced as Tom's granddaughter, was attentive and provided excellent service throughout. We are looking forward to returning to T D's Pub Grub not only for the fantastic fish sandwich but also to try other items on the menu.
