"This review is about poor management of wait staff that ultimately affected our food service. I must have come on an off night, but the manager paired his 3 days of experience server with my party of NINE with nobody supervising him. Not an exaggeration: This kid disclosed at the end of our meal that it was his third day ever serving. Absolutely everything was a disaster. We waited forever for our order to be taken, drinks were never refilled, and the order came out all wrong. Even our corrections to the order had to be corrected. Then at the end when we kindly asked to split the check, they replied for parties of 10 or more we don 't split checks. Okay but there was 9 of us... Whatever. We took care of it. We just wanted to get out at that point. I tipped generously because I felt bad for the kid who served us. Not sure what the manager was thinking pairing a kid with exactly 3 days of experience with a party of 9 with almost no backup. Very poor management."
