"The slow service could be forgiven as it was a Sunday afternoon and somewhat busy, however the food was not good and took 35 mins. to get to our table. I assumed the waffles were fresh but they were the same waffles I have in my pantry from Costco. When I sent the waffles back the sever did not ask what was wrong or offer me anything else to eat instead. I had to ask for them to be taken off the check. The server said she misunderstood and thought I was done when I said I didn’t want them. That’s possible, but wouldn’t have happened if they asked how was everything at any point. I ate one bite and sent the waffles back, and she thought I was just done?"
