"Not even sure where to begin, the wait for a table with many open ones set the stage for a back of the dining room with what appeared to be a larger group of people which we thought was a private party, while we were the only other two people not at that table, terrible as told to wait for our table to be ready, walk past a lot of open ones and nobody else waiting. Server was fantastic considering she had to serve us the undercooked Brussel sprouts, lacking a basic prep for them (roasted them yesterday at home, love them yours are not good), the lack of flavors for those prices! No thank you. Having had good ones these aren’t close. Oysters fresh and best thing (raw) the vegan meatballs lacking flavor again, sauce fell flat didn’t even have any basil on top, salt none on table small amount of vegan cheese and again flavor what little was there on the three balls to be fair they were overcooked, and so dry the limited sauce didn’t even come close to making up for it, and maybe chop some Basil and throw it on at the end before sending it out of the kitchen, again plating and presentation for those prices way way off. Paid overpriced bill, left to get food at another place. Won’t be back. Better places with better atmosphere, food and prices anywhere. West Springfield deserves better. Not worth trying, avoid!!!"
