"If I could give zero stars I would! I’m a storage customer currently at Stump Pass Marina. They used to be the best around, but now with the new management….. they have became the worst! Management has zero skills on running this marina… for example I’ve been fishing out of stump pass for a long time now and I always spend a ton of money in the bait shop.. there live shrimp used to be great until they decided to replace the tanks with $20k tanks that belong in Mote aquarium! Lately all there shrimp have been dead that I purchase from them! Would recommend elsewhere from bait for sure! They only good thing about stump pass marina is the VERY friendly staff in the bait house! As soon as I get a call from Gasparilla Marina I am OUT of there!"

"we ordered this special via grubhub for a celebration on the beach. the order was later pushed to 1h and they called with a mix-up over a menu item that we “not ordered because it does not exist”. (the restaurant must then check with the grubhub). the food came in a box with NO cutlery or serviettes to eat albóndigas with sauce and salat with dressing, although we specifically asked for this dinge (and as someone who previously packed caterings this should be healthy). it was only 6 little tapas, not so hard to follow. we also marked “vegan” on a teller to have taken off the torf cheese. the person who has to be milk-free was said: "Yes, I ordered it milk-free for them," as they ate it and the got stomach pain from the cheese. the Grubhub driver gets 100/10 points for the attempt to clarify with what seemed like a very unorganized and confused restaurant that did not concentrate on its customers. I would call and refund, but in my experience they get a run around whose fault it is when they use a third party app."

"Englewoods on Dearborn has really exceeded expectations each time my family and myself have dined within the restaurant. Having personally tasted various foods in Budapest and Vienna, I really love that the Hungarian Goulash and Old Town Vienna/Jager Schnitzel are both traditional, and so delicious. The Mussels and the Grouper Fingers were also soooo good. I would order them every time, but I also wish to try the other items as well, including the Osso Bucco, which was unfortunately not on the menu today, but hopefully again in the future. Customer service and entertainment were beyond amazing. Stephanie is an excellent server, and the Karen Jimmy Band delivered great music, entertainment, and dancing. Tony, the restaurant owner, is super kind caring, and makes sure that everyone has a really great experience. We as well really loved the banyan tree (or whichever tree it is , and tranquil pond. Thank you so much for an awesome 74th birthday for my father : ."

"Waited almost an hour for a table. Finally got inside and truthfully none of the four of us liked the food that much. We thought they were known for their sauces since it looked like they were selling them in jars. None of us liked the sauce though. Also we had a server who was not personable and was not really not nice to us either. Maybe she was having a bad day. That's ok (and it happens to a lot of us) but don't take it out on the customers. "I'm currently sitting at the bar, which isn't even busy. I ordered a vodka and tonic with a lime, but they have no limes. I requested a menu, and the bartender (the woman with the glass) hasn't returned since. I can see her, but she hasn't come back to check on me. A regular named Scotty took my menu and the bartender took his order instead. I'm always left feeling disappointed with the service here; it never improves. I finally asked another bartender, a woman with long brown hair and a tattoo on her right arm, for my order. I came here to enjoy a meal and a drink, but I ended up pouring my own drinks. It's really frustrating. You need more staff. I've attached a panoramic view to show that the place is not even close to full. I sat down at 5:45 PM on March 26, 2023, and now it's 6:30 PM. I've had just one drink, and no one has come back to see if I want another or to bring my food."

"This restaurant is a delightful spot to enjoy brunch outdoors in the historic downtown area of Englewood. The guitar music adds to the ambiance. However, I would suggest cooking the eggs longer and serving the Eggs Benedict on an English muffin instead of oily hash browns."
