"I've had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They often forget my orders when I ask for extra vanilla and cream in my iced coffee, and it barely tastes like anything has been added—just a hint of cream, and not even the usual amount of vanilla you'd expect in a vanilla iced coffee. This has happened more than once. Additionally, I've received food that was hard and somewhat burnt. I know I should just stop going, but it's conveniently located near my home, so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I can only rate the food a 1."
