"The place is nice, but there are several issues hidden within. The main problem is the service, which was absolutely horrible. Upon entering, it took them at least 10 minutes to send someone to give us menus. Despite being told multiple times that someone would attend to us after they finished something else, it took a while to place our order. The food arrived slightly overcooked, but that wasn't a big issue. However, things took a turn for the worse when I asked for ketchup and had to get it myself after waiting for 5 minutes. We relocated to watch the TV, only for the manager to change the channel without asking us. Despite our efforts to have it changed back, it took multiple requests and delays. It seemed like the staff were only interested in making money and not providing good service. While their motto might be "Ale Yeah!", mine is definitely "Ale No!"."
