"After my interaction yesterday with a woman by the name of Dusti, I've decided this review was warranted. I ordered two pizzas online curbside (the same thing I always order). Dusti handed me the two pizzas and said, “I made them just the way you asked for extra cheese”. The initial interaction was smooth. However, upon opening one of the pizzas, we noticed the absence of sauce. We called the store with the hopes of getting a remake, however, we were greeted by “Dusti” with horrible and unethical behavior. She began yelling on the phone saying this is what you ordered so this is what you got and if you want a remake, you will be paying for it. I was baffled by her behavior, but I kept my cool and did not stoop to her elderly level because maybe she was having a bad day, but she proceeded to yell, “YOUR ORDER WAS MADE THE WAY, YOU REQUESTED IT ONLINE ONE PIZZA SAYS EXTRA CHEESE AND THE OTHER PIZZA SAYS UNDEFINED!” (When I have the time, I will upload the video of her dramatics during our encounter).Now Dusti, I understand you work very hard at Pizza Hut, and it does not require a degree or rocket science but the word UNDEFINED does NOT mean NO SCAUCE. No sauce means no sauce. Clearly, there was an error online and your job was to call the customer and clarify that error because undefined is not an option online. Instead, you continued to yell “People order pizza with no sauce all the time and that’s what you got, and I have nothing to do with online orders it was on your paper receipt that I gave you.” The definition of UNREFINED: not yet determined. So, if something is undefined, it's not yet determined. Definitions of undefined. adjective. not precisely limited, determined, or distinguished. This means the section where it said sauce the customer has not chosen if they wanted sauce or not. You took it upon yourself to make the “educated” decision that we wanted a pizza with extra cheese and no sauce.I guess this is what my mother meant when she said, “In the future adults will take over the jobs of teenagers”. The weird thing is when I order food and teenagers prepare it, in most situations they make the food with love because they have fresh minds and actually enjoy what they do. To be honest, I feel sorry for any of the teens that must work with you… In the future Dusti, you may want to take a course on business ethics because you are lacking in those areas and maybe an anger management course or two because the behavior you projected towards me was filled with anger and disrespect.
