"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member at the window was difficult to understand because she wasn't speaking clearly, which made it hard to tally my total. When I reached the window, she opened the door, turned my Blizzard upside down, and a significant amount of ice cream spilled down the side of the cup. Instead of wiping it up, she simply handed it to me, leaving my hands covered in ice cream. I had to ask her for napkins to clean up the mess, as she neglected to do so herself.
I thanked her for the order, and her response was a casual "hmm." As I was taking my food, I asked for her name, and she said "Laura." After mentioning her name, she suddenly became overly pleasant, saying, "Thank you, have a great day."
I believe they should keep Lillian at the window because she offers much better customer service. From now on, I'll call ahead to see who is working. I plan to avoid this place as long as Laura is there; her attitude was dismissive, and the overall customer service was lacking."
