"The manager or owner, Anna, seemed entirely unprepared for her role; her rude attempt to apologize for our disappointing experience only added to our frustration. Instead of addressing our concerns, she appeared more focused on the patrons at the bar. We frequently pass through Mackay, but we will definitely avoid this place in the future!
