"We went here for my mom's birthday. I had not had the time to eat lunch that day, so I was exceptionally hungry.I started off with French Onion soup. Honestly, it was the best onion soup I've ever had.Then, I ordered the beets and berries salad. It was delicious. I've never seen the blackberries so juicy, ripe. Everything was so fresh. Ah, the joys of summer. I would recommend the salmon to put with it, cooked perfectly. Everything was fantastic.As far as the customer service experience, that was supreme. The chef and waitress did everything in their power to ensure we had an enjoyable time, and my mom had a special birthday. That is a rarity when it pertains to solid customer service. We sang happy birthday to her. The picture came out great.Last, I split a cake with berries with whipped cream on it with my mom. We both had wide smiles on our faces.Hence, I want to go here for my birthday! It has been a long time since I have a delicious, quality meal eating out.. Most places are mediocre at best. It was a perfect ending to a hard day. I am so glad we went here.I have been here several times before for both lunch and dinner. It is quality food at a decent price. Thank you to the master cook and waitstaff to make it special. You are excellent at what you do!Normally, I do not write rave reviews. I have worked customer service. Go here. "This establishment is both a bar and a restaurant. I really enjoy this place. It is definitely popular among locals. The bartenders are excellent. It is kid-friendly, although children cannot sit at the bar. The service is good. Meals are served for dinner. The average price per person is $10-$20."

"I started it with a (lime) margarita on the rocks, upgrading it to shelf. I ordered the Guacamole Mexican Style as an appetizer. My dinner was La Que Buena which is two shredded beef burritos with green sauce and cheese asking with all the trimmings. The margarita was one of the worst I have had anywhere. Definitely a watered down mix with tequila. Although I tried, I couldn’t finish it. The guacamole with just slices of avacado, slices of jalepeno, tons of chopped tomato and cilantro with two lime wedges on top, as if they forgot to mix it all together! The burritos were absolutely swimming in green sauce to the point where I felt like I was drinking my meal and the refried beans couldn’t be found due to the amount of green sauce on the plate! The flavor of the beef was good. I did enjoy the salsa, the service was okay and the atmosphere was okay too. The price was good. Needless to say, I won’t be back. A waste of $24 but I was full enough when I left the restaurant. "Made reservations. No table available when we arrived. Sat at the bar. They asked us what we wanted to drink. We sampled a beer then ordered beers. We requested water twice and never received it. We requested a menu twice. Other couples sat beside us and received menus immediately and water. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. Felt invisible. Finally stopped the lead bartender and requested an appetizer. I finished my beer and sat there for about 10 minutes. Neither asked if I wanted another beer. The couple to our right had their dinner before we had our appetizer and were finishing their dinner right when the lead bartender (after 45 minutes) asked if we wanted dinner. So, I stated to provide the bill. I further stated we came for dinner but didn’t want to have dinner with the second set of couples that came in after us also. He said he was waiting on us to finish our appetizer. He knows that is not right. Especially after 45 minutes. He said “I’m sorry” in a monotone voice so I repeated myself thinking he didn’t hear me. He said it the exact same way the next time so I realized he heard me but was not sincere. Not sure what we did wrong, so please let us know after you read this. Honestly, I thought we were on some hidden camera show on how long a customer would sit their while not being taken care of. We were respectful while voicing what had occurred. So, we went to the House of Wines for dinner, walked in they asked how we were and indicated what had just happened and they said to sit down and they would take care of us. We love Spagna’s and are frequent customers but now will take our money elsewhere."
