"The atmosphere of this little diner is wonderful as are the staff. The food, however, was only average to a little below average. I ordered the catfish, which was a nice size, but for some reason, it was just kind of soggy and didn’t have a lot of flavor, even though the breading was a nice golden color. We also had mushrooms. They were pretty full of grease and overdone. The slaw was pretty good. It might have been home made. I was actually a little disappointed because many people had told me how good it was. Maybe they were just having an off day."
