"I visited the restaurant during a slow period and found it to be uncomfortably hot. The staff mentioned they needed to adjust the temperature. The waitress seemed inexperienced and was not receiving much assistance, except from the cook. The other two staff members appeared preoccupied in the corner or in the back. Throughout our meal, we noticed they used the microwave at least 20 times to heat up menu items or the daily vegetable dish that should have been prepared in advance. It seemed like nearly every order required something to be microwaved. Our dishes were missing sides when they finally arrived. The service was subpar due to the lack of support for the new waitress, and the food was mediocre, with an excessive use of the microwave. Additionally, the ribeye steak my companion ordered looked more like deli meat than a steak. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and we have no plans to return to this restaurant."
