"Wu’s is great. We had the set menu for a group of 8. Working out at about $100 each, tip included. This brought us three rounds of every food on the menu. Everything was delicious. From spring rolls as thick as your arm to beautifully delicate chicken. Mountains of noodles, rice etc all came well after we’d filled up on delicacies. The highlights are the Dungeness crab battered in a spicy coating and fresh when cracked open the steamed buns and the lamb shanks. But honestly, everything food wise is amazing.Atmosphere is a typical Chinatown spot fluorescent lights, tear away table cloths and very busy all night (it should be, it’s good! the staff are very fast and working hard all night. It’s BYO wine or spirits. It is NOT BYO beer they will take that and hand it back as they sell beer already.A great night out for friends meeting back up."

"Actually, I loved everything about was. the story alone is incredible, but I really didn't expect that to eat and the experience to be so fantastic. I had my first Scotch egg that was delicious. we had the fish and chips (fries) and a rustic spicy chorizo sandwich. we also tried the truffle parmesan fries that were excellent. they had a live jazz quartet that sounded amazing and, quite open, jazz is not my favorite. we went to Alexander hamilton because of the connection, but I would eat alone and return the atmosphere!"

"I arrived at the restaurant around 6pm on a Saturday and it was completely full. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long for a seat. I decided to sit at the bar because it was neat to watch them prepare my burger. The staff was very attentive and focused on providing great customer service. There was a moment when I ran out of ketchup and without even asking, the cook somehow heard me and had someone bring me a new bottle. It was impressive! The bar was also clean and comfortable. I ordered a classic burger, beet salad, and the "baldouni" burger, and everything was delicious and fresh. I can't wait to come back and try one of their milkshakes next time."

"Second time at Tanner Smith’s for brunch. This time there was no jazz and coincidentally no patrons. At 11 am the place was a ghost town. However the food was still good. We had the breakfast flatbread and the bacon-egg sandwich which were both good. The drinks were not quite as tastey as last time. The Winona is still my go to, would skip the Boulvardier. The decor was representative of the bootlegger theme and staff was great. Still recommend, but not as mischief of an experience this time around."

"The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. However, I encountered an issue with my order. I requested a turkey burger and peach cobbler, but I received a cherry pie and a turkey deli sandwich instead. I addressed the mistake with the pie, but when I got home, I realized that my turkey burger was still missing. The sandwich was tasty, but I really wanted that turkey burger. I recommend double-checking your order to ensure everything is correct."

"I went there on a Thursday and Saturday. Thursday was great, the waitress Grace told of specials and did a great job. I went back on Saturday which was a completely different experience. The waiter, not sure of his name bc he never introduced himself, never really stood at the table, instead was always walking by in the same way a flight attendant would or a server at a busy diner. The main reason I went back was for the muscles. After ordering drinks etc I placed the order for the muscles but they were out, that should have been mentioned in the beginning. Then after eating other apps I placed an order for dinner. Now they were out of one of the three sides that I wanted. Later the owner came over (I believe he was going to every table to ask about how they feel about indoor dining). I told him that I was disappointed that they were out of muscles which was the entire reason I came back. He responded with a description of their air filtration system. Even though I ordered the the main dish after the appetizer arrived, the main dish arrived before they cleared the appetizer dishes, not bc the food came out too fast but bc they never cleared the plates. They also never cleared the dinner plates. Not that I was looking for anything for free but they should have done something since they were out of the food I ordered. In Sum: Terrible service: not sure if the server is really a server (no special explanation, no mention of sold out food, not attentive, no clearing of plates). Owner: should have been more appreciative in words or in something comped that I returned two days later for something they don’t have and was the sole reason I returned. I was so excited about finding a new local restaurant but now I won’t return"

"We had a reservation and had to wait almost 40 minutes past our reservation time to get our table. It was freezing outside in the waiting area with no heaters. They did give us one glass of free champagne, but I more wish we had been taken to our seat promptly. The food was not good. One of the hosts was apparently best friends with the table right next to us, so when we did sit down, we had to spend a good half hour to 45 minutes listening to them LOUDLY talk about some sandwich business he was opening. It was so loud my tablemate and I had to stop talking because we could not hear each other. Finally our reservation was over and the restaurant was nearly empty. There was no one waiting. We asked for one more glass of champagne... and were told no because there were dinner reservations. My friend used the restroom and about five minutes later, there was still no one waiting for a table and the place was even more empty, so we asked again. They finally saw how ridiculous they were being and served us another glass. It was quite strange and they were definitely playing games, which certainly do not benefit them during a pandemic. With so many other good restaurants in the area, this is one to avoid."

"I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant! My friend and I went there on a Thursday evening, and honestly, the food was mediocre at best. We definitely won't be returning. What really solidified our decision never to come back, though, was the bizarre experience with the tip. I left an 11% tip, but as we were leaving, a staff member stopped us and insisted that a mandatory 20% tip needed to be added on top of my tip. I refused, explaining that I had already signed the receipt and taken a copy. The woman became incredibly rude and defensive after that. While I understand that restaurants want better tips, the food wasn’t impressive enough to justify that kind of expectation, especially with her demanding an additional 20%. Honestly, I suggest you steer clear of this place. I've kept my receipt, just in case they try to tamper with it later."

"Lost its unique touch . . . We have been coming here for years but sadly will not return. Sushi Nakazawa lost its uniqueness. The production felt like an assembly line, with the sushi chef serving 8 of us at the same time. Pieces of sushi were pre cut, small, and under seasoned. He mumbled the name of the sushi incoherently beneath his mask, and lacked the personal touch that Nakazawa conveyed when he was at the counter. Sadly disappointing and depersonalized. In a world with so many newly emerging omakase choices with sushi proprietors who are keen to convey their passion, Sushi Nakazawa has degraded itself to an impersonal and mechanical production line. Even the way they treat special occasions the same solitaire candle in a uniform dessert that is served identically to each party celebrating something special was impersonal. Sad to see."

"We really wanted to love this place because the Ambience is so cute! But right when we got there, the hostess was not very kind to us and told us that we did not make a reservation until I showed her the confirmation and then she rolled her eyes and seated us. The waiter also gave us a lot of attitude and judging what we wanted to order and we thought he was kidding until he told us he was too busy to joke around and that we should hurry up and decide what we want to eat. We ordered completely under pressure and 30 minutes later he came back and let us know that he didn’t put our order in because we seemed unsure and we were very confused! And then he finally put our order in, which caused us to not get our food until 9:15 when we were seated at 7:30. Unfortunately, the food was cold and not flavorful at all, but we ate it because we were starving and then they basically pushed us out of the restaurant. Like I said, I really wanted to enjoy this place but I don’t think I would recommend it or go back after this experience. I hope other people have a better experience though!"

"Amazing experience at Gramercy Tavern. So, it was our first time visiting Gramercy Tavern, and we actually got recommended by several people. It was totally amazing time. The atmosphere was casual but very well operated at the same time. Gramercy Tavernhas two parts in the restaurant. ‘The Tavern’ is where you can sit casually around the hole area and order A La Carte, butif you make reservation for the ‘Dining Room’, you’ll get Five course tasting menu which you’ll be seated further insideof the restaurant. Wine listing, cocktail menu was amazing. We started with two Martinis and a cocktail called Fig. All of thecourse menus were very delicate and well served. It’s not as fancy as other fine dining restaurant, but you can enjoy fancygood food with a casual atmosphere! Highly recommend for people who would like avoid touristic overpriced restaurant!"

"the food was incredible! there were so many great options that it was hard to choose. fortunately I went with a party of 4, so we had a nice variety at the table. two of the people on my party were vegetarian and still had many ways to decide. the pizza is great! perfect crust and high quality ingredients. premium ny pizza! the lasagne was so good! very cheerful and tasteful. also the quality ingredients make a difference. the truffle alfredo was pretty good. we added grilled chicken and that was also really good by themselves. the server were also nice and accommodating. tipp: we ordered a page sausage and it came in a bowl of marinara sauce. the meat and the sauce were incredible. I couldn't stop fucking! the food was so good, we wanted to return during our trip, but could not get any reservations. this is now on my goto spots in NY list."

"I have visited The Jeffrey multiple times and I am a huge fan! One of the reasons I always look forward to my visits is because of Gerardo, who works on the coffee and bar side. He is always friendly, attentive, and goes out of his way to assist all customers. Gerardo is knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, treats everyone with kindness, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere for all. Thank you, Gerardo!"

"Talk about a diamond in the rough. This bar is absolutely to be treasured. I recently moved nearby, and it’s less than a block away. Needless to say, my friends and I make sure to stop by at least a couple times a week. Watching games, going out for a casual chill night, needing a change of scenery…whatever it might be, Broadway dive can deliver. Erin is a cornerstone of the bar. Aside from being a pillar holding the place up, she is also such a great person inside and out, and a fantastic conversationalist. It’s always so funny how EVERY single person who walks by Broadway Dive HAS to turn their head and look inside, some coming in to check it out, some not. But I can guarantee nobody walks by this place more than once and doesn’t stop in! The staff is the reason this place is what it is. They’ve cultivated an environment for all walks of life to stop in, kick back, and have a fulfilling drink. I challenge you to give Broadway dive a try. #don’tsayCALI"

"Nice place! I went to a Saturday brunch with some Friends. We elected to do bottomless mimosas for the Unfortunately the waiter was very slow with refilling our drinks. I had to get up from the table multiple times so see if he had forgotten about us. I would recommended this restaurant but just be aware that they workers are on their own schedule!"

"This was the location for our group dinner during my visit to NY. They accommodated us early since we arrived sooner than our scheduled reservation. The food was very good and the service was great. Definitely leave room for some tiramisu it was excellent. The only thing I wish was better was that it’s very hard to have a conversation given the sound quality in the space. It was even difficult to hear our server at times. Other than that, we had a great time."

"I was in the opposite and needed lunch before I went to a dr’s appointment. they had recently opened so that the sitting area was not ready. there is a large selection of good looking sandwich options. I chose one of their breakfast bowls instead. I have a mix of quinoa, sweet, with two sunny side eggs. I'm restless when it comes to my rush and how they're tired. they were overcooked. my fault, not to indicate. the bowl was tasty, but with control and drinking money came to a dirty 15 dollar. that seems to be overestimated. all their sandwiches were also on the expensive side."

"First time here. Great Greek spot. Service was flawless and friendly. Sat us a few minutes early. Meatball app was delicious. Anassa chips were perfect. Pita fresh and hot for 3 dip app. Bronzino for 2 was absolutely incredible. Fresh and tasty and I am very picky with fish. I couldn’t stop eating it and I am not a big eater. So light and flaky. Will be back soon for sure."
