"This restaurant was recommended to me by a couple of friends, so when I was headed this direction I decided to swing through and check it out. The food was cheap and the staff was friendly. Shoutout to the girl taking our orders and making the taco salads. She was very friendly and had a warm, welcoming smile. Great person to have working out front and interacting with customers. The building looked nice and had adequate parking. The interior floor looked horrible and made the whole place appear dirty. The tables and chairs were all clean, the bad floor just made the entire restaurant seem dirty. As for the food, the portions were quite generous. My party was pleased that the taco salads had a lot of meat in them. The ground beef seemed lacking in spices. It was very bland on it's own. I had to add sauce to give it flavor. I was glad sour cream was included on the taco salads at no additional charge. The large burrito seemed to be lacking in meat. It was mostly beans. The size was excellent, just hoping for more meat on it. The potato locos were solid. The spices on them were nice. The guacamole we ordered was basically a smashed up avocado. I love smashed avocado, but guacamole should have peppers, onions or at least some spices in the mix. Overall, the prices were good, but the food was bland. The interior floor made it seem dirty. If I come through again, I'll try the drive through and remember to order sauce packets. #KCFoodie #CulinaryAdventures #ExploreYourCity #ParsonsKS #CheapEats"

"**Summary: Avoid this location if possible.** I’ve traveled extensively across the United States, visiting both coasts and stopping at numerous McDonald’s, even in other countries. I can confidently say that the quality, accuracy, customer service, and overall satisfaction at this particular location are consistently poor. **Detailed Review:** We typically place an order worth around $50 to $60 each month. Our grandparents live at Presbyterian Manor, and they enjoy having McDonald’s when we visit. Unfortunately, there have been many occasions when our orders have been completely wrong. In fact, early on after they moved in, my grandpa was so upset by a mistaken order that he actually cried. Each month, we encounter errors: incorrect drinks, missing orders, missing sauces for Chicken McNuggets, lacking straws and napkins, and fries that are only half or even a quarter full. There always seems to be a problem. While I understand that mistakes can happen in fast food because employees are only human and often underpaid, the lack of consistency has turned into a running joke in our family. It seems like this location guarantees an inaccurate order every time—“We will always mess up your order, guaranteed!” We attempted to use the McDonald's app for a while, but that only seemed to confuse the staff further, making things even more chaotic. They struggled to understand how to use the payment options and deals. During our most recent visit, I ordered at the kiosk and received my receipt, which turned out to be a blank piece of paper! When our food was ready, the server walked right past us, even though three people said “Hey, that’s ours!” The manager, who was at the front, did the same. It wasn’t until she returned that she brought the food over—not before dropping a large Sprite all over the floor and our legs. As she attempted to clean up, she used the smallest rag imaginable and brought out a mop, but instead of cleaning, she just pushed the spilled Sprite around, making a bigger mess and not addressing the situation properly at all. Neither the manager nor the staff member offered an apology; in fact, the manager seemed to just disappear. Meanwhile, one of our party members was still waiting for the drinks that were missing from our order. Eventually, they brought us some drinks, including an extra small Sprite, along with two drinks we hadn’t ordered. To top it all off, three of our fries were soggy and only half full. I believe that if the owner really cared and worked on improving consistency, he would likely see a positive impact on the quality and quantity of food they provide."
