"We just had a meal at the spring house grille and it was incredibly disappointing. The caramel macchiato had no flavor, and was just bitter. When my waffle was served the bacon was flavorless and the waffle didn?t taste correct. Upon examining the plateI discovered I was served a plate that was still dirty. When I informed the manager I was told that I should have told theserver so I could get another waffle. The manager then made no attempts to fix the issue and walked away. I will not bereturning and I will be telling all my friends and coworkers don?t eat there."
