"The young chica barista with the dyed hair the man who works weekdays are both super cool, great at their jobs. Prices are okay; bless them for having sensible prices on drip coffee. Nice selection of items, including nondairy milks. One star off for the dollar markup on nondairy milks. The milk was a little funky one time I went in there someone else was working but it was off season, and having worked in a cafe, I get that this can happen to the best of us at times. There was inexplicably cigarette smoke all out on the deck at another time, though no one was visibly smoking in the area, it was strong, as though someone had just been sitting there smoking before I came in. Had to leave due to asthma. Maybe not this place’s fault, and regardless, this is still the region’s best during off-season for sure, and maybe all year long, though Beads Beans is also great when they’re open. As far as flavor goes, it’s great coffee espresso. Never tastes burnt, unlike a few other cafes in the area and numerous chains."
