"My second time ever eating at Panera Bread. I ordered a salad and it was pretty tasty. All the dressing was more at the bottom of the bowl so it was hard to eat it once it reaches that point. Has a selection of fountain drinks and juices you can choose from. You do your own refills. Plenty of tables, you can choose to sit anywhere. I went during lunch hour so there were a lot of people."

"I attempted to complete a customer survey, but it appears that my order was deleted, preventing me from leaving feedback. Therefore, I will share my thoughts here publicly. I decided to order a chicken Caesar salad, which is usually a safe choice. However, I was disappointed to discover that it was mostly dressing with very little salad. I returned the salad and politely requested for it to be remade, apologizing for the inconvenience. The manager seemed taken aback by my request, but eventually agreed to make a new salad. She then informed me that I had supposedly ordered the salad with extra dressing, which I did not recall doing. Despite the lack of an apology, I appreciated that the issue was resolved with a new salad. I have experience working in casual dining and upscale resorts, and I believe that when a customer sends their food back, there is no need to argue or prove them wrong. It is more important to ensure that the customer leaves satisfied. I have attached a picture of my receipt for reference. I am giving this establishment 3 stars."

"The highlights? THE BAGELS, impeccable service, and THE VIETNAMESE ICED COFFEE. Seriously, did I mention the bagels?! I've tried a few of their bagel sandwiches, but the Sunrise is my favorite. Their onion bagels are incredibly fresh and delicious. Be sure to ask them to toast it for you! The drive-thru is an absolute game-changer. If you want a bagel but have a sleeping baby in the car, just use the DRIVE-THRU! The staff is not only friendly and efficient, but they also seem to work hard without getting stressed or overwhelmed. As for the downsides, I can’t think of any. I've visited many times and have never left feeling upset or disappointed. Just a note: I’ve never actually been inside the restaurant. And while I absolutely love the drive-thru option, I’m unsure about how family-friendly it is since I haven’t taken my whole family yet. My husband has joined me, and he enjoyed it as well, but again, we went through the drive-thru. So, I can't provide my usual insights about high chairs or bathrooms, but if you have that information, I'd love to hear it! Please give this place a try. You definitely won’t regret it!"

"There are so many stores to buy groceries at in this area. You would think that this store would teach their employees to be nice to people. I shop here bc the selection is great, the store is clean and its open late. But today will be my last time. And i will not recommend this store to anyone I know. The employee's here are so miserable and rude. Like downright disrepctful, they eat on duty and are constantly talking to eachother. Its a suprise if they even greet you. I had one lady mad at me because it was close to closing time?? Then theres the older woman who wears glasses with grey hair. She is so rude and miserable and talks down to everyone! She outright argued with me tonite, and ive seen her do it to other people as well. I will never shop here again."

"A Kid-Friendly Dining Experience! This restaurant is perfect for children. However, personally, I prefer not to eat here often. While a little McDonald's every now and then is fine, it's not the healthiest choice. But if you're not too concerned about your health and have a good insurance plan, then go ahead and indulge!"

"I normally go here to the seaside location and have no issues. I went on the 3rd of May 2024 around 745pm. I got an açaí primo and I wanted made thick and I ordered a sweet pretzel to try never tried any of their food options). I did inquire about the thickness of the Açaí to the cashier before purchasing, and I was told that it could be made thick thick I ask every time just so you it would not be an issue a normally it isn’t an issue). However, this day, the person that took my order did not make the order. Another person made the order and she went and got some premade Açaí that have been sitting inside a container. It was made pretty fast and given to me. I went to eat the açaí and it was like liquid. I brought it back and asked could it be made over and if it could be made thick please because I am a texture type person and this is not what I thought the texture would be. She say that the açai is premade however, she can remake it she did. She did ask me what is the thickness good from the looks of it it look like it was good but then when I got the Açaí, it wasn’t but while she was making my bowl, I noticed that she has sprayed cleaning supplies over the counter then she went and got a cutting board to cut up the fruit. I couldn’t see what she was doing so I decided to take a few pictures. I could feel some kind of tension with this woman and I knew that I did not know longer want the Açaí bowl. I did ask for a refund for the açai bowl. For days I tried to find corporate online however I was not getting anywhere with it. Most of the numbers were not updated or they were out of order or no longer in service. 8 May 2024 I did speak to someone name Julissa she was very nice and she was a shift manager on duty. She spoke to her manager name Paul about the incident above and Paul offer me a gift card for a smoothie. Thank you Paul. I kindly excepted the offer however, I am declining the offer. It is not about me wanting something for free from Jamba. It is the principle and I think that people get too complacent with not treating people how they would want to be treated if it were them on the other end of the counter. A simple give me a moment to wipe the counter off would have been nice. To make my order on top of cleaning solution and to think that that is okay, is not right at all with me. I am disappointed at the woman’s actions because I didn’t disrespect her in anyway for her to display the actions she displayed towards me. But lesson learned."

"Very large room complete with bathrooms for both wheelchair users and non-wheelchair users. For those who go for the first time it will take a while to understand how it works, we who were foreigners didn't understand the ingredients well because they spoke fast, but we somehow managed to understand. The service is excellent, they explain everything you need to know and answer the questions you ask them. The food was very good. Recommended for those who are very hungry, the burrito. "I usually order from this restaurant and it's been decent, but lately, the quality has declined. This time, my large fries tasted strangely watery, which was unexpected. Additionally, my bacon cheeseburger lacked flavor; it seemed like the patty wasn’t seasoned at all. On the plus side, the ingredients in my burger were fresh."

"I 've been to this place long ago and I can tell you right now it 's completely different. You walk in and you 're going back in time, nostalgic pictures of Monterey from the '60s and I love it. I ordered something that was called The devil 's etc .. sandwich which was fantastic I always order with all the vegetables I did not order the lettuce on it for I don 't care for shredded but that 's okay. There 's three types of bread white wheat and sourdough and they 'll microwave it and that 's okay because it 's really delicious. I 'm sorry there 's no picture however I will be back soon for I 've been craving sandwiches this winter. Oh last but not least they do not and cannot toast your bread they don 't have a toaster which is fine for me sometimes."

"I have to give this place 5 stars! I was craving something sweet, and Swamp Snacks definitely delivered. I tried the 12 Red Velvet Deep-Fried Oreos, and they were incredible! I enjoyed every single bite and will definitely be ordering again soon."
