"We normally order pizza from here, which is always amazing very good pizza, but this particular time we decided to order some fried foods and it was the most disgusting garbage poor excuse for food I’ve ever had the cheeseburger that I ordered for myself I spit out the one bite that I took all the food went in the trash. It was disgusting. We had breaded mushrooms, french friesmozzarella sticks $64 worth of food total all went into the trash and they were already closed at least not answering their phones. I don’t know if I’ll even go back here for the delicious pizza after that experience."

"1st issue was on 9.16.23. My husband waited well over 35 mins for a steak, egg and cheese bagel, breakfast burrito, a hashrown, and 2 large drinks. No apology from manager, food runner was super nice! 2nd issue happened 9.30.23 around 11:30am, I pull up to the 2nd drive thru and cars that pulled up to the 1st DT but after me kept getting waited on before me, and when I said something the rude lady taking orders sighed and did not use her manners. She waited on at least 3 cars before me and I think only took my order bc I said I've been here a hot min. I know this is mcdonalds, and I should not expect much, but basic decency and respect go a long way in customer service, and this location sucks at it."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! I often have breakfast here with friends, and it's definitely the highlight of the day! The food is amazing, and I especially love the cinnamon French toast. The staff is fantastic too; all the ladies who work there are extremely friendly, and they remember our names. My husband and I make it a routine to eat here on weekends. I would highly recommend it to family and friends for breakfast—it's our family’s favorite place!"

"I came in a few days ago to order take out. I wanted to get a different kind of pizza besides Marinos since that’s all I’ve had in Spring Arbor. I open the pizza box and the whole pizza was almost orange from the grease. There was a pool in the middle of the pizza from the grease thus making it soggy. I went back to get a refund for the pizza. I was honestly baffled by the fact he had asked me what was wrong with the pizza. We told him to literally lift up the pizza and the whole middle fell apart. Then continued to give us attitude during the whole refund process. That’s not how you get someone to come back."
