And the food—wow! You could truly sense the care and thoughtfulness that went into every dish. It was beautifully presented, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. As a vegetarian living in rural Oregon, I’ve often found that restaurants overlook how to prepare vegetables or use seasonings, so when I took a bite of my broccoli and cauliflower and was overwhelmed by the burst of flavor and spices, I actually shed tears of joy. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and very mindful of my dietary restrictions. Overall, I must say that whoever is behind this restaurant should be in a Michelin-star establishment, so I urge everyone to check it out before they become the next celebrity chefs!"
