"It's Cane's, so my rating can't go lower than a 3, but I have to say that visiting New Orleans and finally getting to try Cane's was quite disappointing. After looking forward to it for so long, receiving a $60 order with every single item undercooked and lacking any salt or seasoning was a letdown. Particularly when you consider they have such a limited menu of just five items.
The toast wasn't even toasted, the fries were soggy and seasoned poorly, and the chicken was slightly undercooked with no extra flavor—just chicken and breading. To make matters worse, I specifically requested my fries to be EXTRA CRISPY, the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time, and I notified them about an hour in advance through the mobile app before my arrival. I even picked it up the moment they brought it out.
I apologize for the lengthy feedback, but it's hard to understand how they could mess up food that they prepare daily. I've attached photos of the toast for reference. Just a note: I placed my order on Wednesday the 13th at 5 PM for a 6 PM pickup, and I arrived to collect it a little before that at 5:55 PM. I hope this information is helpful."
