"after a walk we stayed here because the originally planned place was closed. that was it! burgers were stellar. Tater darts were the best I had (perfect crispy, forget the soggy bites they had in school)Perfect location to crack after a walk, we will stop for post-walking menus when we are in the opposite! service was great. only a guy who took care of the tables, but he was cuddling and was always on top."

"1st time here. I tried an Elk burger which was good, but meat a little dry (or, is elk always on the dry side? . Sauce was *really* good. Wife had a Mushroom burger which was really good. (Possibly a bit too much cheese, if that's possible? She also had Sweet Potatoe Fries, which I thought were a bit overcooked dry, but she liked them that way. Also liked the nice shaded picnic area. A bit pricy, but isn't everywhere that's good these days? Recommended! We'll be back."

"For vegetarians, they offer salads, breadsticks, and even a veggie pizza. If you have dietary restrictions, you’ll find salads and pasta that are gentle on the stomach. As for parking, there are convenient options available both right in front of the restaurant and on the back street, just 75 feet away. Families with kids will appreciate the arcade games that make it kid-friendly. The wheelchair access is great, featuring a nice smooth ramp. I enjoyed takeout here for dinner, and it’s reasonably priced between $20 and $30 per person. "We visited this restaurant around 6 or 7 PM on a Friday, and to our surprise, it was completely empty. We ordered fajitas, a chicken chimichanga, a kids' taco meal, and queso. While the chimichanga and fajitas were quite good, the kids' taco was unfortunately over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. The queso was a big letdown; I expected the usual white queso with meat, but what we got was just orange nacho cheese topped with even more heavily seasoned meat. It honestly tasted just like chili cheese dip, which was not what we were hoping for. Overall, while the food was decent, I think we'll explore other restaurants before considering a return to this one."

"Have ordered many times. Everything that I have ordered over the years has been amazing. I try different things usually when ordering just to try things out. Usually the family dinners. Everything has been wonderful. Unfortunately yesterday I ordered the bourbon chicken and was very disappointed. Most of the chicken was tough, the flavor was very nasty. I could not eat it at all, what a waste. However the broccoli in the garlic sauce was amazing. Saved my night and my taste buds."

"UPDATE: Removing one star for the Culp for governor signs. Political signs have zero place at a place of business--especially a tavern/restaurant. I'll tolerate local election signs because the candidates have less opportunities for publicity. State and national signs, no. And I don't care which side the signs support or which side you support. But if you support Culp and think he is in any way qualified to be governor of WA, then I seriously question your judgement in general and wonder how much of that bad judgement gets used in your business. I also question if you are even trying to follow current health guidelines for the pandemic (because Culp certainly isn't and openly encourages others to disobey them). And I don't want a side of politics (and especially far-right hate politics) with my F&B. Avoid this place."

"My wife pointed out that I didn't give the pizza enough attention in my last review, and she was absolutely correct—I only described it as good. In truth, the pizza was exceptional! She especially enjoyed the sauce, which was flavorful but not overly spicy. We've been searching for great pizza near Highway 2 for years, and this place is definitely one of the best we've discovered. They also took their time with us, even though we arrived just 20 minutes before closing. To earn a perfect five stars, I think they could benefit from having a salad bar and offering refillable drinks."
