"Last Saturday, I received a notification that my order was ready around 10:21. However, the person at the window was still waiting for their order, and I didn't get my food until 10:50. It seemed like the staff only started bringing out food because they were about to close at 11. It’s frustrating to be left waiting without any sense of urgency until it suits them. As a result, I ended up with cold food, despite having done the responsible thing by ordering ahead, while the person at the window received their meal hot and fresh.
It seems that the best way to get a warm meal there is to wait until the last minute. Please address this issue, as I've faced it multiple times. I would really like to enjoy my food while it's still hot!"
