"I found mold at the bottom of the parmesan shaker, and when I pointed it out to the deli clerk, they told me it was "normal." The staff at the pizza counter were quite rude, and when I asked for fresh cheese, I was simply told, "We don’t have any cheese for you." Luckily, a clerk from the deli stepped in to help resolve the issue, but I really don’t understand how a pizza place can operate without cheese."
