"I've been here on multiple occasions, live right in town. Typically this place is amazing...Tonight's service was unacceptable. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go, was told on the phone to pickup in 30 mins. When I arrived they wasted no time taking payment, the staff let me know it would be just a couple minutes longer. After about 10 minutes I inquired again. This time after checking on it I was told 5 more minutes. I waited another 15, at this point I was there for 25 mins past what I was told. Still wasn't ready and the excuse I got was we didn't know we were in the weeds until we were in the weeds At this time I left, went home, took care of a couple time sensitive things I had to do, and came back. Order wasn't ready for pickup until 45 minutes later than I was told on the phone. I was offered no apology and no reimbursement. (I also didn't ask for any to be fair). I understand being busy, but they knew the flea market was in Brimfield and apparently did not staff well enough to handle the rush. I am disappointed tonight and will likely never order from here again during flea market weeks."
