"The restaurant is divided, with half being A&W and the other half KFC. I ordered 2 chili dogs and a large diet root beer from the A&W side. My colleague ordered a 2-piece meal from the KFC side. We paid for our food at 12:48, but then had to wait a full 20 minutes for our food to be served. While waiting, my colleague went to find us a table. Despite there only being a few other customers in the restaurant, every table was dirty with crumbs and food leftovers. My colleague had to clean a table for us using napkins and ice from the drink machine. When our food finally arrived, I carried the tray to our table. To my surprise, my chili dogs were stuffed into KFC nugget boxes, indicating they may have run out of A&W hot dog containers. My colleague mentioned that one piece of his chicken was dry and old, while the other was just okay. When I opened the nugget boxes, the chili dogs looked unappealing - small hot dogs on tiny buns with a disappointing sauce and minimal onions. It seemed like the quality was far below what I would expect from A&W. It almost felt like they had run out of hot dogs, buns, and chili sauce and quickly bought whatever they could find at the grocery store. This theory seemed plausible, considering they were out of mustard. Unfortunately, despite still working in Wauseon, I won't be dining at this A&W again. The lady managing both the front counter and drive-thru was kind, and the root beer was good. However, that's about the extent of the positives from this experience."

"First and foremost, this isn't a pizza place. Instead, you can expect appetizers and entrees that are both delicious and healthy, often featuring unexpected flavor combinations. For instance, the sweet potato latkes come with a sauce that will remind you of pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream. If you're in the mood for a light appetizer, try the 'Hey, Margaret,' a flatbread infused with Italian flavors like sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and olive oil. For a communal dish, order 'The Upper Flats,’ which includes a platter of flatbread, fruit, and veggie slices served with hummus and a house-made cheese spread. The entrees feature an assortment of small plates and sides, including various burgers and sandwiches served as sliders. You have the option of fresh-made pasta or veggie pasta, and you can even create your own grilled cheese sandwich or choose a salad with house-made dressing. There’s also a good selection of specialty soft drinks and cocktails to enjoy. And if you have room left, the dessert case offers tempting sweets that might make you wish you had started with dessert. A couple of things to keep in mind: the dishes are prepared fresh when you order, rather than in advance, so you may experience a leisurely meal with courses served at different times. If you want to watch the food being prepared, sit at the counter where you can see everything happening, as nothing is hidden from view. Additionally, the prices reflect the quality of the food and include gratuity, as they pay their staff a living wage and do not expect tips. Lastly, they serve breakfast as well, which will definitely require another visit... and I hope that will be soon. Enjoy!"
