"We were a large group who called ahead to make a reservation at Los Jalapeno. When we arrived, everything was ready and the staff was very attentive. The food was excellent, the service went above and beyond, and the atmosphere was perfect for enjoying our Mexican meal. We are from Arizona where there are many great restaurants, but we had an excellent experience at Los Jalapeno. There was plenty of parking available as well."

"I chose this restaurant over other Mexican places in the area because the photos gave off an authentic vibe, and I was really drawn to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. I ordered fajitas, and although I've never had a problem with them before, they were just average this time. Some of the beef was a bit fatty, and the pasta was undercooked. I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence, but both my daughter and I ended up with upset stomachs afterwards. I did notice that many other diners seemed to enjoy their meals and even celebrated a birthday, with the servers singing to the table, but personally, I doubt I’ll return. On a positive note, the service was excellent."

"I went there tonight for a nice meal- I have a problem digesting fats properly, so I thought I was ordering something that would work for my diet. When they brought out the plate, I realized I had made a mistake. The steak had a LOT of fat in it, which is perfectly fine! But just wasn't something I could eat. I mentioned it to the waitress who noticed I wasn't eating, and she grabbed the manager. I explained that I had made a mistake in ordering, and accidentally ordered the wrong item, and told her why. She was extremely kind and understanding about the matter. She offered me other suggestions that would work with my dietary restrictions and swapped me out for something I *CAN* eat no problem. They were very kind and understanding, and the food was amazing to top it off! I would highly recommend eating here. Despite it being a busy and stressful dinner rush for them, they really took the time to make sure I was happy and content with my food and to resolve the mistake I had ultimately made. Dietary restrictions: I'm on a low fat diet thanks to a medical issue, and the manager was able to help me find a lower fat option on the menu that was something I still wanted! "I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The ribs were so tender, it felt like a mother's love. The cowboy beans were a must-try. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even the locals who seemed to be regulars. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were generous. The service was excellent, and the food was smoked for hours but served in minutes. The restaurant had a lot of charm and character. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend trying the pork BBQ from Perry's Smoking Pig – we even got to meet Perry himself, who was manning the smoker that day."

"If you ever have the chance to have Jenna behind the bar. She made a dream a reality tonight. She made me a cheese pizza with a Kickin Bourbon drizzle and it is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. Guys, you need to go here. Not only is the food amazing but the staff is even better. I only gave it 2 stars because the fries were acceptable. The burger patties seemed like they had been frozen beforehand, were very dry, and lacked any flavor. To top it off, the amount of mustard they added was not appealing at all. I genuinely regret having to share this feedback, and I hope it's received as constructive criticism. "The atmosphere is pleasant, though it could benefit from a bit more air conditioning. The decor is charming. The food is quite tasty, and my top pick is the cheese fritters; they have a fantastic cheese pull, are perfectly melted, and come with delicious marinara sauce. "Tried this Zaxby’s several years ago for the first time just revisited it today for the first time in a long time and it was just as amazing as the first time. Got the five finger plate big thick pieces of white meat hot and juicy. Coleslaw was cold and good fries good and plenty of seasoning ice tea was fresh and tasty not too weak not too strong staff was friendly too! All the Bowling Green Ky Zaxby’s suck they give you lukewarm meager thin pieces of chicken and the fries ain’t all the way done with no seasoning. Even the Franklin Kentucky location ain’t as good as it used to be but Whitehouse Tn still rock’n baby!"

"Goodness what a mess! Passing through the area wanted something better to eat other than fast food. We are not cracker barrel veterans and needed a little time with the menu. The takeout waitress was extremely helpful and kind. Waiting for our food, we browsed the store and ended up picking up a couple items. Our food came out and was presented the bill but when I went to pay I was charged twice what I expected. After about 10 minutes we discovered I was charged for a dine in bill, not carry out. the general manager took her sweet time addressing the situation and instead of saying they have a lengthy process to refund she became irritated while taking another 15 minutes to correct the situation. She ended up giving us our food free with lots of attitude. So off we went to eat our cold breakfast. But I must say it was tasty cold, I'm sure better warm. Word to the general manager. just talk nicely to your customers and explain the situation and offer them a discount for their troubles. If you would have only done that everyone would have left from the situation a little happier. Once again the waitress couldn't have been any nicer. When I realized she wouldn't get a tip I ran back and found her and gave her one."

"I typically go to Dunkin? maybe once or twice a week for an iced coffee and bagel. Over the past few weeks, my orders have been messed up. I always order through app on-the-go because I?m on my way to work. I ordered a dark toasted bagel with plain cream cheese spread. I get a cold bagel with a slap of cream cheese not even spread on it. This is the third time this has happened in a row. Please teach your employees to either care about their job or how to read. It?s annoying to be on your way to work but have to check your order each time you make it out of the drive-thru."

"I will NEVER return. My family and friends came in around 7 one night with 9 of us. There were other sitting eating so we all ordered as normal. Once my husband paid the cashier then told us that we could not eat inside. We had already gotten our drinks,and getting ready to sit down at a table. There was another man in line orderinghis food and when heard that he looked at me and asked me if I was serious, I told him yes and he looked at the cashier and saidnever mind I 'm not eating here. I told the cashier very kindly calmly that I was more than willing to pay for all the drinksthat we had drank, but would not be eating at this establishment. Every single person in the back acted as if it was our faultthat we were canceling this order. The cashier went through the receipt and refunded all of it never speaking to us, neverlooking at us, but had a nasty look on her face as if we had done some thing wrong. "Ej's was quite busy when we visited, but we only had to wait about five minutes for a table for five, including an infant. The food was fantastic and generous enough to satisfy anyone. I tried the cheesy grits for the first time, and they were delicious. The mimosas were a delightful surprise; we discovered them by chance. We had just stopped to get gas and decided we were in the mood for breakfast, so I quickly checked Google and realized it was less than a quarter of a mile away. "My partner and I decided to check out this restaurant while driving through Tennessee. We picked it because it had reasonable prices and a good menu selection. After the excitement of last night in Nashville, this place was a welcome change. Our server was excellent—our water glasses were always full, and she brought out bread immediately. We ordered the fried green beans, fried pickles, a salmon salad, and the Siena Pasta. The pickles and green beans were delightfully crunchy. The salmon salad was on special for just $9.99, which was a fantastic deal, and the portion of salmon was generous. My partner also tried the peppercorn roast soup; it was tasty but a bit on the spicy side. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return."

My wife ordered the orange chicken, which was outstanding and distinctly different from other places I've tried. "My family and I tried this restaurant on a whim. To be honest, Tennessee and/or Kentucky are not really known for anything authentic outside of fried chicken or BBQ. We stopped at El Ranchero because our trip to Springfield was cut short due to everything being closed. We saw that in Springfield, there was a higher population of Latinos and being adjacent to the city White House, TN we were hopeful. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT (but this was also due to the constant reiterating of, No white queso on anything, please! IYKYK I ordered the combo of Chile Relleno with a Cheese Enchilada that comes with a side of refried beans rice. My fiancé ordered the Chile Colorado served with a side of beans rice and flour tortillas. My teenager ordered fried shrimp wrapped in bacon. He is very picky but he loves shrimp and bacon. ????? It also came with a side of quesadilla which was delicious! The cheese definitely reminded me of an authentic staple growing up. ? The sweet tea was good but my son didn 't get refills so I cant say if it is the best. They did serve fountain Coke which I prefer. Then my fiancé and I decided to try a Margarita. We tried an original, no frills, on the rock. It was served in the typical big glass with rim on salt. Flavorful good on alcohol (cant remember price). They were quick to seat upon entering. The staff was friendly with the greetings. Our server Marcos was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful on making sure that I would order a delicious meal. Overall, the service was prompt the bill came out to around $50 including 20% tip."

"I typically do not leave negative reviews, but the service that I have had over the past several months from this location has been horrendous! I worked in fast food for years(working all positions), so I am completely aware of how crazy things can get. I'm also very understanding and am not one to complain if a thing or two is slightly messed up, but there is no excuse for this. Starting back months ago, each time I ordered from here either something was missing, or something was made incorrectly. So, I just decided to stop going for a while. Well, I have recently started going again, and they have once again left things out of my order or been out of the most popular menu items! The last time that I went, I was was handed the bag which was closed with a sticker(due to Covid precautions, which is fine) and was told all of my items were in the bag. Well, me having had the terrible experiences that I have had there, I decided to check my order anyway. I'm glad that I did because it was missing some of my order! They did however, make it correct for me, which I am very grateful for! I love Taco Bell. I'm just ready to have good service again, and to not have to worry if I'll get home with all the food that I paid for."
