"I have been going to the Mazatlán restraints since I was young and always loved the food. On an average for 2 dishes I usually spend $50-$60 not including tip. This time when I ordered I ask for Chicken Flautas which is a dish I have ordered for my Mom many times before. When I got home and she opened it they have Burrito Sauce all over it this is suppose to be a crunchy tortilla wrapped around the chicken so why you would put a sauce on that doesn’t go on it that is going to make it soggy. I called with what I feel was a reasonable thing to be frustrated over and the guy insist this is how it is suppose to come which is absolutely wrong. So instead of being reasonable they lost a good customer. Be cautious when you order."

"Betoss is amazing, but I wouldn't recommend ordering the shrimp tostada for delivery. The fried tostada ended up soggy. Normally, the corn tortilla for the tostada is served separately from the ceviche topping, but I ended up using my own tortilla chips at home instead. On the other hand, the menudo is fantastic—definitely the best in town!"
