"I wouldn’t typically write a review, but I feel compelled to share my experience with my recent orders that were meant to be enjoyed with my mom, who is in hospice care. Due to her condition, she can't have spicy foods or pizza with a strong tomato sauce. Normally, I would return the food for a correction, but I live an hour and a half away from Dublin and have limited time with her before I need to head back. I've visited this location many times and have always been pleased with the quality and accuracy of my orders. However, this experience makes me reconsider whether I should continue supporting this restaurant."

"I only go here for convenience, but short dude is SO RUDE. He makes it seem like he's working in East NY.... cmon it's Bay Ridge. He's never polite and he's always screaming at the people behind the counter. He totally judges you on what you buy and if you buy with ebt. Like mind ya damn business. Ok I pulled out of a BMW.. imma still use my ebt.. He is just very unpleasant to encounter. Man if this ain't the job for you... work somewhere that there's no customer service. Damn. Imma still come here though. Side note.. the tall dude that sometimes works there maybe in the evening is so nice to see. He talks sweetly, not creepily, and he seems like he's chill. Really hope short dude doesn't work there anymore. Please get another job."

"I called about a month and a half ago to reserve the party room, was told it was free, gave them all my information and was told I was all set. They called me so many times to confirm, like they’re extremely unorganized and incompetent. Today, the day of the event, I called about something else and they told me the party room actually is $75 unless you have 40 or more people and even though they had told me that I had a reservation for the party room, I didn’t and they had only reserved a table for me. The man I spoke to on the phone was really rude and clearly didn’t care about the fact that they messed up and left me in the lurch. I was planning on making this event a monthly thing and it was already growing for the future. They lost a lot of business."
