"I'm frankly SHOCKED to see so many positive reviews (some of them recent). I LOVED them 10+ years ago but the quality of their food is so abysmal that you would be more inclined to find a tastier meal in the dumpsters outside of Fred Meyers down thestreet. I ordered the Egg Foo Young for myself. It was 95% breading, almost no filling, with the smallest amount of gravy I haveever received with this dish. It was barely enough gravey to cover each patty. Every other restaurant that I have purchased thisdish from provides ample gravy. There is no excuse for this. If they can't provide one of the main ingredients of a dish, thenmaybe they should consider shutting themselves down. The rest of the food was similarly inedible. Overall, we ended up throwingout 40+ dollars of food. NEVER AGAIN."

"we are very disappointed in all. the whole food was drowned in the sauce and did not taste fresh at all. it was salty, especially the roasted rice (it tasted as if it had been completely boiled in soy sauce). the fried rice had no sweet and less than a egg in each portion. most of their foods were contaminated and tasted. the water was room temperature and tasted like metal. as regards the service, it was different to say the least. we should have tee with our meal that they never gave us and they never offered us other drinks. they could not handle the service they had received from the call orders. the waitress went in the middle of our command to answer the phone. they ran out of the half of the elements on the menu, so we had to re-elect what to order three times! it was $50 for three mediocre plates, this is a “Quantity about quality” type of restaurant. go to panda express for a better “gourmet” Chinese food experience."

"I wanted to love Hay Chihuahua. First time going.. Wanted some authentic queso birrias.Sat at outside table on a Friday night at about 6 pm. Service was good off the bat, friendly staff. Wasn't very busy inside or out, looked like carry out business was doing well. The good; horchata was yummy, chips were great, fried fresh in house it seemed. The standard rojo and verde sauces were also good.The bad; Quesobirrias were just ok, pretty soggy and falling apart, and small tacos and order size or 14 bucks, I would not order these again here. Burrito salad was again ok, not great, my guest would not order it again. Here's where the big problem came in, I ordered a to go order for 2 folks that couldn't come to dinner with us. Another order of queso birrias and a steak and chicken taco ala carte. I stressed VERY much that these tacos need to be on corn tortillas and no cheese or any dairy, onions and cilantro ONLY. My friend has strict dietary restrictions, I was told no problem at all.Got home, one taco was on a flour tortilla and both had cheese. My friend now had no dinner.My friend at home was even less impressed with the quesobirrias, she was like is this it? 3 small tacos without much flavor and the consume was a 5 out of 10.Overall, not a bad Mexican place but just nothing special IMO, I will keep searching for the best quesoberrias in the NW suburbs.Preferably crispy and flavorful, with sides. Any recommendations from other yelpers are highly appreciated!"

"This is by far, THE best Chinese food restaurant in Hillsboro/Beaverton. I 've been a long time fan from when they were on TV Hwy I am very excited they are back in business. I have 2 young children, so we don 't eat in and order take out instead.The food always taste really good and most importantly, fresh. There won ton noodle soup is as good as I remembered it and the only place that comes close to tasting like a won ton min found in Hawaii. My family favorites are the House Special Chow Mein a generous portion of thin, egg noodles stir fried with a little bit of everything from BBQ pork to shrimp to veggies. A must for any noodle lover! We also like the sauteed dry green beans and beef like beef and broccoli, but better! We also like the chicken and mixed veggies, a nice way to add a veggie dish to your order the last order had carrots, zucchini, bok choy, celery, tofu and chicken. But the all time favorite is the Salt Pepper Squid/Calamari. Bite sized chunks of Calamari battered (almost like tempura) and deep fried until crispy! Tossed with salt, pepper, scallion and a few slices of jalapenos to wake up your taste buds. Addicting... you 've been warned.If you 're looking for a GREAT Chinese food restaurant with SUPER friendly staff, you MUST give Good Taste Noodle at there new location a try. Then when you feel like you 've finally found what you were missing all your life, tell your friends!"
