"This is one of my favorite places to go. Sadly, this last visit, my food was extremely greasy and overcooked. I ordered my favorite breakfast sandwich, and it was nothing compared to how they normally it. The lady asked how my food was, and I told her all she said was that she would keep it in mind and next time not cook with so much butter and then walked away. She came back to pick up the plates and then asked if I wanted she could remake it."
