"I ordered beef pho to go and unfortunately, I was overcharged. The service was quite slow. Even though I live less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant and used a catering bag to keep the food warm, when I got home, the food was cold and needed to be reheated. It wasn't just lukewarm; it felt like it hadn't been warmed at all. The noodles were one big clump that wouldn't easily separate, even after reheating. The onions were oversized, and the broth was greasy and lumpy. I suppose I might have gone on an off day, but the experience was really disappointing."
