"I got the macho burrito to go and waited for it to g Be ready. Checked in a couple times and the guy went and got it from the back. Didn’t get the extra tomatoes or lettuce that I asked for. But when I got back to my room, a mear 30 second walk, it was cold. had to have been sitting in the to go container a long time and was soft and soggy through the bottom of the container. It didn’t have much flavor past the rice and beans paste. And the pork inside the burrito was most definitely way overcooked and had a lot black, charred pieces of meat mixed into over cooked mean. it appeared that it had just been wrapped up in a tortilla and microwaved to melted cheese on top Not sure about that part. I went and politely told the manager, the next mornjng because it was too late to go and tell them at night to see if I can get some kind of refund or something. But she told Me She can only guarantee warm food if I eat inside the diner, and she said that the chard food aspect could also not receive any refund because “the money already goes in the bank at the end of the night”. Not sure why that’s any kind of answer. But just why would literal black hard meat be put into a dish. I couldn’t tell if the spicy pork was in deep pork, or if it was chicken, it was not spicy whatsoever that’s for sure."
