"Service left much to be desired. The bartender was covering the whole restaurant and simply couldn't keep up. We ordered drinks and nachos while we decided on our main courses, but about ten minutes later, someone from the kitchen brought out our nachos with still no drinks in sight. We finished the appetizer without seeing the bartender. After another ten minutes, she finally made her rounds, but it took a while to get to us because everyone seemed to need her help. She refilled the drinks for the table next to us, and I assumed she would notice our glasses were still empty. I was mistaken. We ordered our food, which arrived within five minutes—typical for a BBQ joint—but unfortunately, none of it was warm. The same kitchen staff brought our meal, so we asked him for our drinks, and he obliged. Thankfully, because the food was hard to eat without lots of liquid.
As for cleanliness, it was okay—no complaints there. The atmosphere was unique. It was Wednesday, and they have live music starting at 6 PM. Just as we received our main courses, they began to play some blues. At first, there was a guitarist and a bassist, and a few songs in, a harmonica player joined them. I feel bad saying this, but it’s important to share my complete experience: the bass player was good, but the three of them didn’t harmonize well. At times, it felt like they were all playing different songs. The guitarist missed notes, played in odd keys, and had no sense of timing. His singing reminded me of late-night karaoke at a dive bar. Needless to say, we were eager to leave.
In terms of value, it was lacking. They charge prices similar to other restaurants but don’t operate at that level. I can't say I'd want to give this place a second chance."
