"They take menus from customers, assuming their hands are clean, while wearing those same filthy gloves. They touch pens, use knives, and then wipe down surfaces and utensils – all with the same gloves! I even saw them drinking beer and eating their personal tacos, all while wearing those gloves! How is that acceptable?
It's completely unhygienic that the male staff handle menus and then pass them directly to the cook, who prepares the food afterward! I witnessed someone come out of the bathroom, grab a menu to place an order, and hand it to the cook. Then that same cook started preparing food for others using that very same menu! If you think I'm exaggerating, just sit at the bar and watch for yourself, or check out the video I recorded!"
