"JUNE 2019 UPDATE: I've increased my rating from 2 to 3 stars. The experience here can be quite inconsistent, often depending on who is managing the restaurant at the time. It's disappointing because I used to really enjoy this place, but over the last few months, both the service and food quality have declined. They frequently get orders wrong, and the food tends to be either undercooked or overcooked, which undermines the overall experience. The fries were soggy and nearly cold, while the meat was overcooked and bland. When ordering through the drive-thru, there's a lot of difficulty hearing what they say, and it seems they often can’t hear you either. I had to repeat my order four times at the window, and the only thing they got right was my drink, which I had to return because it was incorrect. With a 24-hour drive-thru, this place has the potential to be a great, convenient option worth the price—if only they took more pride in their food and service."
