"My wife had a strange encounter with the person answering the phone at this Dairy Queen. She called to inquire about their closing time, but the person who picked up did not identify the restaurant. Despite the background noise, no one spoke on the phone, so my wife hung up. She tried calling again with the same result - no greeting or mention of Dairy Queen, just background noise. On the third try, someone finally answered but was rude and accused my wife of harassment. The woman on the phone became hostile, threatened my wife, and used profanity before hanging up. I overheard all three calls and found the experience quite shocking. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from a restaurant or any establishment before. I would advise others to visit one of the many other Dairy Queens nearby for their dining and ice cream needs, and avoid this particular location."
