"The sushi was outstanding and incredibly fresh. However, the service left something to be desired. Given that only two tables were occupied in the restaurant, I was surprised at how long it took for our food to arrive. I didn't expect to wait 15-20 minutes just for soup. It was a bit frustrating that the waitress kept clearing our table while we were still seated. On the positive side, they were very friendly and checked on us frequently after we were served. Update: I returned several months later, and the service had improved significantly. The sushi was once again exceptional."

"Missing 2 crab Rangoons out of the six. Sauce spilled everywhere leaking out the bag. Scallion pancakes were drenched and soggy. Beef and broccoli with a laughable portion of about one spoon size serving. I contacted the restaurant and the employee said since I ordered through DoorDash she said she can’t do anything. Not even an apology was given. I get things happen but the for the amount I paid this was ridiculous. I don’t recommend going here at all. The photo below is of the portion we received. What a joke."

"The place is very nice, although people get confused with the main entrance. The menu is not huge but it's got a good amount of options. The pond in the center with the koy fish add a nice natural feel to it.The prices aren't bad and the service was great. It's a little dark in there however it adds a gentle atmosphere. Our meal was a little more spendy seeing we got the Chicken Teriyaki Bento box at $28. But a lot of other things were less spendy and looked quite good."

"The only highlight of our experience at this restaurant was the water. Unfortunately, we had to send back the miso soup because it was overwhelmingly salty. The aged tofu was served in a large block instead of small, bite-sized pieces. The sushi was not fresh, and the tempura was overly greasy. To make matters worse, both my husband and I got food poisoning after our meal. This was our first and definitely our last visit to the restaurant. The service was inattentive, and we even noticed roaches on the floor throughout the place. Sadly, this was far from a pleasant dining experience, and we can only give it a maximum rating of 3 stars."

"In all fairness I will have to revisit this place prepandemic this place was 4 stars all day the food is good but quality is just okay who ever is preparing it is very good your chef does care presentation is there. keep in mind there are shortages due to this covid thing. Now Im go na say this if you know Brockton or are familiar with it then you already know we can be real next lvl difficult about food I'll leave it at that so kudos to the wait staff for their service on the other hand because of said customer base your dining experience is going to be sub-par I've seen friendlier service at McDonald's i dont blame them its our fault a Brockton native will snap at you if we even think your out of pocket. wait staff is noticeably scarce, efficiently quiet and they will not approach you unless you signal for them in some way."
