"I used to visit this place when it was Los Betos, and I did so quite frequently. Unfortunately, my experiences here have really declined. The food quality is extremely poor, and I won’t be coming back. I ordered bean and cheese burritos, and on several occasions, they served me tortillas that were practically raw. Additionally, the frying oil isn’t changed consistently; the chips I received were soaked in old oil, making them inedible and burnt. I tried ordering nachos twice, but I ended up having to throw them away. The new staff is quite rude; they don’t offer any sauces and just hand over the food before quickly disappearing. The carne asada is of such low quality that I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. You've lost my business forever! At the very least, please check your oil—it’s really off-putting!"
