"Called in to place an order for delivery at 5:13pm. Ordered a large pizza, a chicken Alfredo pasta and 2 appetizers, was told 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half called to check on delivery and was told ?driver just left, you should have it any minute.? Called back 30 minutes later (2 hours after ordering) and was told our order ?didn?t exist.? Here?s the kicker they had my address attached to my phone number, yet we just moved into this house YESTERDAY. So, they had to have entered it manually themselves and yet they said ?nope, no order, must have been a computer glitch.? After asking more questions the best they could offer me is ?20% of my delivery? and we would have to start all over. Absolutely terrible customer service!! How in the span pf 30 minutes does it go from ?driver just left with your food? to ?we have no order at all for you? and then the best they can do is 20% off ? save your money, save your time, go anywhere besides here."

"This is hands down the best pizza and wings I've come across! The wings are nicely sized, the hot buffalo sauce is spot on, and the ranch dressing is delicious—just make sure to order it separately since it doesn't come with the wings by default. I absolutely love the beef pepperoni, fresh garlic, and black olive toppings! We've only had great experiences here. Just be cautious of biting into the hard pits in the fresh olives. I'm really grateful to find another pizza place that includes fresh garlic! The crust is slightly thicker than New York style, so it's not as easy to fold, but I do it anyway. The pizza sauce also isn’t overly sweet, which is a plus!"

"We ordered from this restaurant and we couldn't be happier! My daughter, who usually only eats 1 or 2 slices of pizza, managed to devour 3 slices and even asked for more (she ended up eating 5!). The lasagna was delicious, the garlic knots were fantastic, and everything else we ordered was great too. Our food arrived on time, and they even delivered it to our hotel. The delivery person was very polite, and the girl who called to confirm our drink order before sending it out was really nice too. We're here for just a few weeks, but we definitely plan to order from them again before we leave!"

"Great Food! The only reason why I’m not giving a 5 star is because their menu online have the wrong prices and when I call to make an order Mrs Jennifer explain that the prices increase but when I told her if I order online is less she keep arguing with me that I was going to get charge more once I place the order. I told her how is it possible for me to agree to pay a price online and then you guys will change it. Then because I was trying to get the price advertised on their website she hang up the phone at me. When I got to the restaurant I told her there was not need for her to hang up the phone at me because I was not being disrespectful. And she told me talk to my boss when I ask to talk to her boss she reply he was not there so I told her to call him and she told me with actitudes she wasn’t! At the end she was really disrespectful.I’m honestly really disappointed on her customer service. I been a customer for couple years now and I actually also work on customer service and I will never talk to someone with the ratchet attitude she did."
