"You really don’t get your money’s worth at this location. I’m not sure if this is a trend at Zaxby’s, but it definitely wasn’t like this before. I ordered a large meal with extra fries, but I didn’t even receive a regular portion of fries. I paid more than I should have and didn’t get what I ordered. This is what my order looked like before I even touched the fries. Make sure to CHECK YOUR FOOD before driving away! Missing fries!"

"I really love their honey cajun flavor and always go for my lunch break however their customer service is awful. Do not expect a “hey welcome in” or any questions regarding your food just charge your card and you get what you get. The girl did not even ask me if i wanted ranch or blue cheese just charged me for blue cheese .."
