"We had an unusual experience during our visit. Despite reserving an outdoor table two months in advance for a birthday dinner, we received a call just four hours before our reservation informing us that a last-minute event had taken over all outdoor seating, and we would need to be seated inside instead. The food was decent, but it took quite a while for our meals to arrive. Throughout our dinner, our conversation was interrupted multiple times—at least five—by three different staff members checking in on us, which was also happening to the tables around us. Additionally, our water glasses were never refilled. On a positive note, the manager did offer us complimentary champagne after I expressed my disappointment about being moved inside with such little notice. We were really looking forward to dining on the ship, and based on our experience, the outdoor atmosphere is clearly the main draw of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we don’t plan to return."
