"Since I was a little girl, I've been going to Deerman's BBQ. My family and I used to enjoy eating here after church on Sundays. However, since they moved to their current location, the food has not been the same. I was very disappointed with my experience today. I went through the drive-thru a little after 11:00 and ordered the special: Hamburger Steak with gravy and onions, along with two sides and bread. The person taking my order seemed confused; I had to repeat myself multiple times, and when I got to the window, I had to repeat my order again! I also asked about a piece of Coca-Cola cake, but the lady had no idea what I was talking about, even though it’s listed on the menu! It’s really important for the staff to be knowledgeable about the menu selections. Clearly, she needs better training. I requested some Tabasco sauce, but it was never included with my order. To make matters worse, my food was at room temperature—definitely not fresh—and my sweet tea was very watered down. I ended up spending $18 on a poorly prepared meal."
