"I’ve eaten from Steak Out for many years. Myself and other employees at the Birmingham Zoo ordered often through the years. This time I was hungry and found everything except the salad and roll over done.The potato was so overdone and dry I could not cut it. No amount of butter or sour cream could save it.The steak was dry and overdone. There is usually some juice within the aluminum foil with the steak, not present this time.The delivery was good and I did tip. Cash transaction."
