"This place sucks their menu is not the same that it is online. Ordered 2 Cheff salad supposed to come with ham turkey croutons it came with just lettuce and cheese. When I called up they want me to bring it back so that they can remake it? Why couldn’t y’all make it right the first time why do I have to drive back out there? I don’t recommend this place at all and of course you can’t talk to the owner because he’s out of town service sucks here they have really gone down hill since their old building burned down years ago. It’s not the same at all. Also watch your payment with them $65.00 for 2 Cheff salad a burger and a blt with fry’s??? Should be $40-45."

"I wanted to check out this restaurant, so I went to place my order. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. Despite the fact that the place was completely empty, I had to ring a bell next to the cashier to get someone's attention. A voice from the kitchen said that someone would assist us shortly. After waiting for 10 minutes and still not being helped, I decided to leave. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Came by after Bible study for some wings b/c we were starving I wasn't cooking I use to come to this location years ago when my office was on this side of town so it's been a few years since I've been here back then it was my favorite wing spot but I'm not sure what's going on now maybe new management but my complaint is more about the sauce I got a 10 piece combo with hot sweet sour mild wings the mild wings were ok very dry no sauce the others were worse the sauce was thick like hot ketchup I did not like that! And my suicide drink taste like one of the juices may have been going bad nevertheless I wasn't pleased probably won't be back"

"This might be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I called in my order and arrived just seven minutes later. When I got home and opened the food, I found that everything inside was still pink, and there was a fly embedded in one of the wings. When I went back to get a refund, the woman at the counter attempted to charge me for a cup that I didn’t return. I'm shaking my head because, despite being in such a supposedly nice area, this restaurant deserves a negative 10 out of 10."

"The food was great. The customer service was a 5 out of 10 at best. I called the order in was told it would be 20 minutes before ready. I get there 25 minutes later and that's when they decided to cook my order. So another 25 minutes go by before my order was ready. As I'm waiting others are coming in with the same complaint of already called in order and still waiting for them to cook the orders. Just tell people the truth, cooked as it is paid for that's all you have to do. Simple customer service is EVERYTHING!!! Probably be my last trip here"

"This was my first trying this wing spot and let me tell my wings and fries were DELICIOUS! They were perfectly cooked, seasoned, perfect amount etc. Everything was great! My favorite food is french fries so when I seen my plate loaded with fries, I knew that I was going to like this restaurant. I also like the packaging with the sauces and can drinks. This is one of the best wings restaurants in ATL. I highly recommend! Don't hesitate just buy!! I will be eating here alot more!"

"great hole in the wall for some great wings! they have a very large selection of aromen. some very unique. I had a Buffalo chicken lower part and Cajun long distances. both were excellent. I wish I had diverted myself and tried some of the more unique wing sauces because the cajun ranch was hooked. the fries were also amazing! the lady who worked the register (one) made us a great work and 4 children with a long ticket. she moved the dinge smoothly. visit Chex’s on our next trip to charlotte!"

"The customer service is AWFUL I ordered grilled fish fried shrimp.... the guy told me I couldn't order both? Like what? I'm paying for it so why can't I? And then.... after my order being refused I asked for fried shrimp combo with onion rings and okra... the guy repeated my order and but when I got it there was no okra and my shrimp onion rings were burnt! I asked for a refund and he refused.... 1st and last time coming here... Bad customer service and awful food...."

"It's disappointing when you truly love a restaurant, only for them to make changes that make you hesitate to go back. This place has always been my favorite for food; their cheesesteaks and quesadillas are amazing. However, tonight I decided to try something different and ordered the grilled shrimp and fries. I placed my order through DoorDash, and my delivery driver arrived in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the shrimp were dry and rubbery, the rice was unappetizing, and the fries were soggy and looked like leftovers! I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant before, so I thought it was best to call and let them know. The person who answered, whom I think was the manager, told me to contact DoorDash and then hung up on me. As a loyal customer, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I suppose some restaurants just lead to disappointments like this occasionally."
