"The foods not bad but service is poor. You can't even call in. It's either disconnected or busy or rings and no one picks up. It's sad bc i want to support this business bc it's in my neighborhood. "First time I went to Henderson off Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX I order 10 piece dork they added on extra seasoning and which I didn’t ask for the cashier was supposed to fix it. Ended up giving me 10 piece dark with no seasoning. OK I’ll let it slide. I went back today same Location Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX this time I order the same thing 10 piece dark no extra seasoning but with seasoning, and apparently the Cook cannot count because he end up giving me nine pieces dark in which I still pay full price for didn’t realize it until I made it to the house so I’m pretty heated Henderson on Ledbetter Road has to do better and their customer service needs improving."
