"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier mistakenly gave my order to someone else, who took it and returned about 30 minutes later. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the cashier attempted to hand me the order after it had already left the restaurant. I refused to take it, as it seemed extremely unsanitary; that person could have tampered with it in any way. I had ordered six wings and a large catfish, but instead received five wings and a pizza puff, which belonged to someone else. To make matters worse, the cashier was rude and disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, but I won’t be returning until they replace the new staff member with someone more capable."
