"In my opinion, I have tried many pho and Vietnamese dishes, and I would give this restaurant a solid 4.2. The atmosphere and ingredients were authentic, but the pho could use a little more cinnamon. The portion of noodles was very small - only about four bites with all the soup. It was almost bland without the hoisin and Sriracha sauce. The pork shrimp spring rolls were a bit heavy on the cabbage - maybe a bit more pork would balance out the veggie taste. The egg rolls were pretty good, and I appreciated that they had a legit dipping sauce. I personally prefer my meatball pieces sliced rather than in quarter chunks for easier eating with noodles and soup. The Taro milk tea was perfect, although I have had a frosty version at other restaurants that are colder. Overall, this restaurant has potential for improvement, especially in terms of portion size and price. I hope the cook and manager see this review and consider making adjustments. I have a favorite spot in Colorado that I visit regularly because it is authentic and flavorful."
